  1. Custom Made-to-Order Product Statement

    This item is a fully personalized, handcrafted made-to-order custom doll jewelry piece. Production will only start after you place and pay for your order. Every detail — including the doll’s shape, facial features, size, material, color matching, engraving, and all personalized design elements — is custom-built exclusively for you. Due to the highly unique nature of custom doll designs, the significant labor, time, and material costs invested in handcrafting, and the fact that this one-of-a-kind piece cannot be resold to another customer, this product is non-returnable and non-refundable for non-quality issues.

  2. Strict Quality Commitment

    We hold every custom doll jewelry piece to rigorous quality standards. Once production is complete, your item will go through a multi-round, full-detail inspection before shipment. We check every element of the doll design, craftsmanship precision, structural firmness, material integrity, and overall finish, to confirm the piece is 100% consistent with your confirmed design and completely free of manufacturing defects. Only then will we arrange shipment for your order.

  3. Return & Refund Policy

    Given the made-to-order, one-of-a-kind nature of our custom doll jewelry, we do not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges once your order is placed and production has commenced. This includes, but is not limited to, requests due to:

  • Changes in personal preference or subjective dissatisfaction with the doll design (unrelated to verified manufacturing defects)
  • Incorrect size, design, color, or doll detail selections confirmed by you before ordering
  • Design adjustments or customization changes requested after your order is placed
  • Any other non-quality-related reasons

If you believe your item has arrived with a verified manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will assist you through our 1-Year Limited Warranty process outlined below.

  1. 1-Year Limited Warranty Coverage

    We provide a 1-Year Limited Warranty for all custom doll jewelry pieces, valid for 12 full months from the date of your original purchase, exclusively for the original purchaser. This warranty covers verified manufacturing and material defects that exist upon delivery of the item. Once a defect is confirmed by our team, we will provide complimentary professional repair services for your piece. You will need to contact our customer service at support@sunroraven.com to initiate a warranty claim, and ship the item back to our repair center for service.
