1-Year Warranty for Custom Doll Jewelry

We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted custom jewelry with a 1-Year Limited Warranty — our guarantee that every custom jewelry item is thoroughly inspected through multi-stage quality checks prior to shipment, and is free of material and manufacturing defects upon receipt by the original purchaser.

This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only, for a period of 12 full months (1 year) beginning on the date of purchase from the official SunroRaven website. This warranty will immediately become void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized third-party seller, reseller, or any platform other than our official SunroRaven website, or once the 12-month warranty period has expired.

To inquire about a warranty claim or confirm if your jewelry is covered under this warranty, contact support@sunroraven.com with your full legal name, shipping address on the original order, order number, and a detailed description of the issue, along with clear photos of the product and the alleged defect. Please write “Custom Jewelry 1-Year Warranty Claim” in the subject line of the email. All warranty claims must be accompanied by valid, verifiable proof of purchase from the official SunroRaven website, and must be submitted within the 12-month warranty period.

Note that applicable fees will be incurred for repairs and/or replacements in the following cases, even within the 12-month warranty period:

  1. Failure or damage caused by improper use, accidental damage, or carelessness (including but not limited to knocks, dents, crushing, bending, or dropping the item)
  2. Failure or damage caused by unauthorized repair, alteration, or modification performed on the custom jewelry piece
  3. Aesthetic changes that occur from normal wear and tear, natural aging (including minor scratches, surface scuffs, tarnishing, etc.) and alteration of finish such as subtle colour changes to plating, enamel, or custom gemstone settings
  4. Failure or damage caused by exposure to fire, water, harsh chemicals, or natural disasters including but not limited to earthquakes, floods, and hurricanes
  5. Damage resulting from failure to follow the official care instructions provided with your custom jewelry upon delivery

We will not honor fake, falsified, or fraudulent warranty claims, and reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject any warranty claims which we suspect to be fraudulent, misleading, incomplete, submitted after the warranty period, or in violation of this policy.

Please note: Any resizing, modification, or alteration to your custom jewelry performed by a third-party jeweler or non-authorized personnel will immediately void this 1-Year Limited Warranty. All modifications are performed at your own risk. This warranty only covers material and manufacturing defects of the custom piece within the 12-month warranty period, and does not cover changes to personal preferences, size adjustments requested after production is completed, or any other non-defect related issues, which are outlined in our official Return Policy.
